Two questions come up before a first order: what do they need from me, and how do I pay without exposing anything. Both have short answers. This covers them, plus what happens to your money if an order cannot be filled.
What an order actually needs
- A public post URL. The direct link to the post or Reel. The entire job runs off this — profiles visit the public post and comment, exactly as any other user would.
- An email. For the receipt and delivery updates. Used for nothing else.
- A quantity. That's the order.
Optional extras: custom comment text, a region or gender lean, a specific audience mix. None are required.
Your password. A login code. Two-factor codes. "Temporary access." A request to add someone as an account manager. Any service that asks for these for a comments order is either incompetent or running something else. Close the tab.
Paying: the options compared

Card data is handled entirely by Stripe or PayPal — it never passes through or is stored on our side.
Refunds and undeliverable orders
- Can't be delivered (post went private, was deleted, or the URL is wrong): the order is refunded automatically to the original method, or to wallet balance if that's faster.
- Partial delivery: you're refunded pro-rata for whatever didn't post.
- Comments drop later: that's the 30-day refill, not a refund — request a top-up from your order page and they're replaced.
- Changed your mind after delivery: a completed order is a completed order, the same as any service. Before it starts, contact support and it can usually be cancelled.
The auto-refund path is faster than a card chargeback, so there's rarely a reason to open a dispute on an order that genuinely couldn't be filled.
What's stored, and for how long
The order record (post URL, quantity, email, payment reference) is kept for accounting and so you can look the order up later by number and email. There's no account to create, so there's no password of yours to leak. Delivery updates stop once the order completes.

Q Do you need my Instagram password?
No. Only the public post link. There is no version of this that requires account access.
Q Will the charge show "BuyRealIGComments" on my bank statement?
Card and PayPal statements show the payment processor's descriptor, not a description of the purchase. Crypto shows nothing on a bank statement at all.
Q Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Before the order starts, yes — contact support. After it's delivered, no, the same as any completed order.
Q Is paying with crypto actually more private?
It keeps the purchase off your card statement and can't be reversed by either side. It's slightly slower to start because the transaction has to confirm first.
